To ensure a secure and rapid handover of care, please send Mental Health Treatment Plans (MHTPs) and referral letters via:

PO Box 1691, COORPAROO DC QLD 4151Please ensure the referral letter includes the patient's details, diagnosis or summary of the presenting mental health condition, the number of sessions requested (up to 6 for initial referrals or up to 4 sessions for a review re-referral), and a copy of the completed MHTP (if applicable).
Streamlined Intake Process
When a referral is received, I contact the client directly within 48 hours to complete intake and arrange their initial consultation.
Once the patient attends their first session, I send a prompt courtesy update back to your clinic to confirm they have successfully engaged with treatment.
Self-referrals are also welcome. If you would like to discuss a potential referral or collaborate on a shared patient’s care, please feel free to contact me directly.
