Introduction

At Kelly Brooks Psychology, your wellbeing is our priority. We understand that life can sometimes feel overwhelming, and seeking help is an important step towards feeling better. Please note that we do not offer direct crisis services support. If you are in immediate crisis or feel unsafe, know that there are many immediate resources available to help.

This page provides contact information for emergency and crisis support services, offered as a helpful resource during challenging times. If you are feeling distressed or in need of immediate assistance, please know that support is available. For urgent situations, please call Triple Zero (000) or one of the services listed below. Reaching out for help is a strong and positive step.
